30 years ago, Ning started at the LA county fair with a family to support and nothing in his pocket but two horses. With the weight of 400 years of family tradition, Ning built an art and teaching practice whose influence spans then entire globe on the backs of these two horses. The strokes work shows the years of work honing his craft, but these two compositions are essentially identical to the two that he began with. Now he gives them to you taking you through each composition step by step.
