No need for mounting your masterpiece! Simply paint it on a Shikishi Board made from fine handmade paper laminated to a hard board backing. The edge is decorated with a strip of gold paper. The boards can be used for Chinese brush painting or calligraphy.
OAS has Shikishi Boards available in 3 choices of color surfaces for painting on - white, silver, and gold.
White Shikishi boards are available in 3 sizes: 10 9/16" x 9 3/8"; 2 1/4" x 14 1/4"; 12" x 16". Gold and silver are available only in the 10 9/16" x 9 3/8" size.
